One suggestion comes from this post at the White House Blog, about President Obama signing an Executive Order creating "an interagency Council on Veterans Employment to advise the President and Administration on how to set the bar for hiring and employing veterans."The post goes on to quote U.S. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis, co-chair of the new council, saying, "veterans are an important part of our nation's past, present and future. They deserve our full support as they reintegrate into the civilian workforce."
She's absolutely right.
