I've been enjoying my work with WFTC, and posts such as Maryak's - thoughtful and provocative, whether you agree with them or not - are a big reason for that. By the way, WFTC's proprietor keeps the 'help wanted' sign hanging in his virtual window.
Given enough time, even the roughest edges and the most acute angles will soften ... and so will the sharpest points of contention among us. We are more alike than we know, or care to admit.

Interesting that this subject even comes up anymmore. Having been in Kurdistan [Iraq] in the last year I can tell you who is getting the biggest of the oil concessions from the new Iraqi Gov. And it ain't us. Some of the biggest have gone to China, Britain and........Russia.
You're absolutely right, Wallace, though they also had some of the biggest concessions there before the troubles, before food-for-oil, before the war.
